Frankenstein will play for strictly limited seasons in Melbourne from August and Sydney from late September.
Fresh off a sold out season in Brisbane last year, the show combines cutting edge production techniques with a classic story that is widely regarded as the first science fiction novel.
Technology such as LED screens, pyrotechnics, automation and a sweeping cinematic score will create a vivid experience for audiences as the tale of mad scientist Victor Frankenstein and his deadly creation is brought to life.
The classic story sees Frankenstein pushing the boundaries of theory and morality in order to create new life from body parts of the dead.

Shunned by society and plagued by confusion and rage, Victor's miracle of science becomes a monster, threatening to destroy everything his creator holds dear in the classic morality tale.
Shake & Stir Theatre Co artistic director Nick Skubij said the show would please fans of the classic story and the uninitiated alike.
"This production invites audiences on a journey into the mind of a madman and they will see things on stage, that they've seldom seen before."
