A selection of stunning gowns once owned by actress and model Raquel Welch will be among the treasures on sale at this year's Sydney Fair.

Best-known for her roles in the 1966 films Fantastic Voyage and One Million Years B.C. Welch's career spanned over 50 years and saw her starring in more than 30 films and 50 television series before she passed away last year.
Royal Randwick Racecourse's Kensington Room will be transformed into a hub of elegance and opulence when the fair returns from May 30-June 2.
Furniture, fine art, decorative arts, jewellery, prints and posters, antiquities, rugs, books, vintage fashion, couture and designer vintage items will all be on display, with collectors getting a rare opportunity to get their hands on some truly priceless additions.
Alongside the assortment of stalls and antiques, visitors to the fair will also be treated to a range of shows, talks and discussions.
Fashion anthropologist Tom McEvoy will pay homage to "forgotten" Australian fashion designer Mavis Ripper, who designed the costumes for one of the first Australian films to be made in partnership with a Hollywood studio.

Globally renowned glass specialist Andy McConnell - best known for his 17 years on the BBC's Antiques Roadshow will also be in attendance for a surprise presentation.
Stunning collectors items that will be for sale this year include a solid gold box which was gifted by the King of Spain, an early collection of Tiffany and Co. pieces, a Book Cover from the 14th century bearing the arms of the Medici family and a 19th Century Bird Cage.
