This year's festival will take place over the National Triangle's Parkes Place Lawns from June 27-30.
More than 60,000 people attended the free festival last year and organisers are hoping this year's event will be just as successful.
In the tradition of French Christmas markets, guests will have a chance to enjoy warm mulled wine, melted cheese, hot chocolate and other hearty winter foods, while warming themselves at fire pits and in authentic wooden chalets.
More than 40 pop up restaurants will showcase the finest French and European cuisines, while guests can also get their hands on an array of artisanal creations, take a wander down Snow Lane, and admire the beautiful fairy light displays.

Entertainment wise, some of Canberra's most talented artists will help spread the merriment, presenting street shows and live concert performances.
Festival director Vincent Hernandez said it was amazing seeing Canberrans celebrate the Christmas spirit in July.
"In France, Christmas is all about embracing winter, feasting together, enjoying warm comfort food, delicious drinks and music surrounded by beautiful lights," he said.
"It's amazing to see how the Xmas in July brings everyone together in the middle of winter to do just that in Australia."
