The Tony Award-winning musical will be at the Seymour Centre from May 9.
Set in Georgia in 1913, the story centres around Brooklyn-raised Jewish man Leo Frank, who is put on trial for the murder of 13-year-old factory worker Mary Phagan.
Already considered guilty in the eyes of everyone around him, a sensationalist publisher and the false testimony of a janitor seal Leo's fate, with a governor with a conscience and his loving southern wife his only defenders.
Aaron Robuck will star as Leo in the production. A North Shore Temple Emanuel Cantorial Soloist, Aaron's acting credits include La Luna, Dear World and Rags.
Other stars include Montana Sharp, Guilluame Gentil, Adeline Hunter, Nic Davey Greene and James Lee.
The show features a book by acclaimed playwright Alfred Uhry and a rousing, colourful and haunting score by Jason Robert Brown.
It serves as a timely reminder that - in the words of Simon Wiesenthal - "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
Performances will take place at 7pm on Mondays, and from Wednesday to Saturday, 2pm on Saturdays and 5pm on Sundays. There will be no show on May 17. Concession tickets are $69.
