From works of architecture to celebrations of First Nations culture, the NSW National Trust is calling on nominations for its annual Heritage Awards.

The awards showcase the state's heritage achievements, celebrating excellence in the conservation, protection, and interpretation of Aboriginal, built, natural and cultural heritage.
The special 30th edition of the awards will be announced at Doltone House on May 17. All works completed between March 31 last year and March 1 this year are eligible.
Categories include:
- Aboriginal Heritage
- Architecture
- Advocacy
- Built Conservation
- Interiors and Objects
- Landscape
- Education and Interpretation
- Events, Exhibitions and Tours
- Resources and Publications
Awards will also be given out in three individual categories:
- Heritage Skills Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- Young Achiever
The National Trust awards programme has been running annually since 1994 as part of the Australian Heritage Festival.
Nominations will close just before midnight on March 6.
Tickets for the awards ceremony will be available via Eventbrite from February 5. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to secure their spots as soon as possible, as tickets always sell fast.
