She was chosen as recipient of the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust's 2023 Choice for the Walk of Fame star.
It was presented on Wednesday, August 24, 2023 during a ceremony attended by fellow castmates in Mary Poppins, where Patti played Bird Woman.
Bert received his star on the walk in 2001 for his performance in The Sound of Music at Festival Theatre that year.
Patti said it was an honour and felt privileged to receive the award.
"I think Bert would be extremely happy about it, knowing that he already had a star, and he'd love the fact that we're both together too and that's how we will always stay," she said.
Patti is an Australian singer, actor, dancer, stage performer and radio and television presenter.
In theatre she has played Helen in Bye Bye Birdie by JC Williamson, Dorothy in Wizard of Oz by Tivoli Theatre Productions; Louisa in The Sound of Music by The Gordon Frost Organisation; and Glinda in The Wizard of Oz by John Frost Organisation; among others.
She had numerous TV credits across the major networks, including Nine's shows with Graham Kennedy, Bert Newton and Don Lane; Ten's Good Morning Australia, Talkin' 'Bout Your Generation and Neighbours; and Seven's Swallows Junior and Dancing with the Stars.
Three stars are added to the walkway each year - one from the Trust vote, one from the public and the las by a panel of arts critics. Voting for the remaining 2023 stars will be announced early in 2024.
Past recipients include William Barton, Billy Crystal, Cold Chisel, Olivia Newton-John, Hugo Weaving, Cate Blanchett, Dami Im, Tim Minchin, Paul Kelly, Guy Sebastian, Archie Roach, Beccy Cole, Kate Ceberano and Tina Arena.
Adelaide Festival Centre chief executive officer and artistic director Douglas Gautier AM said the Walk of Fame showcases the names of some of the best and brightest artists and creators who have been part of performances at the centre.
"There is no doubt Patti's performance in Mary Poppins has been received enthusiastically by Adelaide audiences, night after night, and we wanted to honour her many years of service in the entertainment industry while she was in Adelaide," he said.
