An exciting new collaboration between one of Australia's brightest singer/songwriters and one of its most renowned ballroom dance companies is set to tour the eastern states and ACT.

Walanbaa Yulu-Gi - Burn The Floor featuring Mitch Tambo will tour the east coast from July 21 to August 13.
The brand-new dance production will play at Melbourne, Maryborough, Toowoomba, Brisbane, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Canberra, Wyong, Sydney, Penrith and Chatswood.
The ground-breaking show combines Indigenous culture and music with classical ballroom and Latin styles - from waltz, foxtrot, samba, rumba and tango, to swing and jive.
Mitch will perform his own musical compositions, alongside his wife Lee Firth, contemporary dancer Albert David and an ensemble of 20 dancers, vocalists, and musicians.
In addition to Mitch's original work, the ensemble will also perform classic Australian rock tracks by Midnight Oil, INXS, AC/DC, the Bee Gees, Cold Chisel and Archie Roach - all performed in the Gamilaraay language.
The show has enjoyed a seven-month season on Broadway, two seasons on the West End and has toured thirty countries and over 150 cities. It has also performed over 6,000 shows for Norwegian Cruise Line since 2012.
Following its east coast run, the show will embark on its 11th World tour.
Australian resident dancers will include Jorja Freeman, Gustavo Viglio, Jemma Armstrong, Lily Cornish, Julian Caillon, Robbie Kmetoni. Jessica Raffa, Lyu Masuda, Craig Monley and Sriani Monley.
