The company's 1000th performance of the play, which was written by Alaine Beek and is set in the historic mansion, will take place from 8pm on August 12.
More than 23,000 people have already entered the mansion to see the show - which combines drama, laughter and some good old fashioned scares.
Set in July of 1908, the story follows head maid Maggie and butler Mr Duncan as they await their new masters following the tragic death of the mansion's former mistress Mary Chirnside.
The two servants have tried to stay positive as they await their new employers, but a number of strange occurrences have taken place in the mansion since Mary's death.
Guests are taken through nine lavish rooms during the immersive performance, as they watch the action unfold, even getting a chance to sit around the grand dining room table, an opportunity which is normally not available to the general public.
Based on the true story of the Chirnside family, the production stars an alternating cast of Alaine Beek, Ross Daniels, Helen Hopkins, Clare O'Brien, Kevin Hopkins, Phil Cameron-Smith, and Glen Hancox.
Tickets are $45 or $38 concession. Audience members are collected from the Werribee Park Mansion and Spa.
Essence Theatre Productions will also celebrate its 20th Anniversary on August 17.
The company has partnered with ShadowFax Winery for the event, which will feature a presentation ceremony, live music and a cocktail food menu by ShadowFax Restaurant - including dessert created by renowned Chef Bart Beek.
The celebration will take place from 7-10pm and tickets are $110.
