Joseph will present the The Vierne Project - a performance of Louis Vierne's complete organ symphonies on Grand Organ from July 18-28.
French composer Louis Vierne was the Principal Organist at Notre Dame Cathedral for 37 years, from 1900-1937. He famously died whilst giving a public recital of one of his compositions. Characterised by their complexity, virtuosity, and emotional power, his symphonies are among the organ repertoire's most impressive works.
Mr Nolan said the performances presented a rare opportunity to hear the symphonies performed live.
"It is grand and mysterious music on an epic scale," he said.
The performance will showcase the Town Hall's historic Grand Organ, which was originally built in 1929 and is considered one of the world's finest instruments of its kind.
The symphonies will be performed in order across six performances over five days. Performance times are 1pm July 18, July 20, July 24, July 26 and July 28, and 7pm July 24.
