Fans from around the nation and overseas will be able to see Coldplay play in Perth, and only in Perth, for the first time in 14 years after the WA Government, through Tourism WA, signed a deal with Live Nation.
The 'Music of The Spheres World Tour' event will take place on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the stadium and will be the band's first show at the venue.
The performance will be the only Australian Coldplay show in 2023 as part of the Asia leg of the tour and is expected to drive thousands of international and interstate visitors to Western Australia.
The exclusive performance will be promoted nationally and in key international markets alongside travel packages designed to encourage visitors to stay longer and explore further.
Tickets are expected to sell at the Speed of Sound, with the Live Nation pre-sale starting at 10am AWST on Monday, May 15, running until 9am AWST on Tuesday, May 16.
General public tickets go on sale at 10am AWST on Tuesday, May 16 at livenation.com.au and coldplay.com/tour.
