The Feel Good Program will see Flowstate Pavilion host an array of instructor-led fitness classes from Monday to Thursday and a mix of health and lifestyle options available on Saturdays. The classes will follow a month theme: Energy in March, Flow in April and Balance in May.
The calendar includes Pilates, yoga and Zumba alongside Saturday sessions that span martial arts, tai chi, mindful art, meditation and even veggie growing.
Classes are designed to cater for all levels of experience from beginner to expert, welcoming the whole community to come along and participate in free, fun and energising activities at South Bank.
While sessions are free, some may require pre-registration for numbers. All that's needed are a a water bottle, towel and a yoga mat for select activities.
The program ends on May 31, 2023.
