Grande Experiences and Andrew Kay - the team that brought Van Gogh Alive to Australia, will present Monet in Paris at the purpose-built Le Grand Palais, Northshore from June 7-August 6.
The exhibition will allow visitors to join some of the most fearless artists of their time on an adventure across 19th century bohemian Paris and the French countryside.
Art will meet technology as paintings by masters such as Monet, Renoir and Degas will be projected on an enormous scale. Set to a powerful score of classical music, the projections will showcase the full breadth of the Impressionist movement
Custom designed by Australian theatre designer, Anna Cordingley, Grand Palais is a 250 metre square marquee, complete with six break-out spaces, bars, a cafe and gift shop.
Grande Experiences founder and chief executive Bruce Peterson said the company was thrilled to be able to present the exhibition.
"After the runaway success of our national tour of Van Gogh Alive, we are thrilled to bring this completely new experience with even more breath-taking immersive spaces to Brisbane first," he said.
