Light Towers at Discovery Resorts - Kings Canyon is a collaboration between Munro, the artist responsible for Field of Light at Uluru and the G'day Group, operator of Discovery Resorts.
Opening on April 1, the installation will consist of 69 two-metre towers that will change colour in response to music emanating from within.
Visitors to Discovery Resorts - Kings Canyon will have the option of ticketed Sunrise, Sunset or By Night experiences or can simply choose to view the installation from afar on the newly constructed viewing deck.
The Sunrise Experience is a hosted Light Towers experience at dawn followed by a sunrise breakfast on the viewing deck for $45 per person.
The Sunset Premium Experience offers a selection of canapes and drinks before experiencing Light Towers as the sun sets over Kings Canyon. The cost is $85 per person.
The By Night Experience for $30 provides the opportunity to spend half an hour walking on your own through Light Towers. You can purchase drinks from the kiosk.
Tickets can also be reserved when booking resort accommodation online or by phone to (08) 7210-9600. Guests with existing bookings can also call the reservations team to get tickets to see the installation or buy them on arrival.
