Some of the world's top dementia researchers, health professionals and policymakers, along with people living with dementia and their families and carers, will gather in Queensland from May 29-31 for the annual Australian Dementia Research Forum.

To be held at the Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, the forum will see experts share and discuss the latest findings, innovations and best practices in dementia research and care, and a range of early, mid and established dementia researchers will present paper submissions in response to this year's theme - Discovery, Diagnostics and Management: a new era for Dementia.
The number of persons with dementia in Australia is expected to reach one million by 2058.
