Strawberry Balsamic Smash
With 60 per cent less sugar by using Lakanto
Ingredients
3 strawberries
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup
2 cucumber rounds
2 lime wedges
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup soda water
Method
- Muddle strawberry, balsamic vinegar, Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup, cucumber and lime in a cocktail shaker for a minute or 2 until juices are released from the strawberries and lime.
- Add coconut water and a few cubes of ice. Shake. Strain into an ice filled glass.
- Top with soda water and serve.
