"It's a lovely unit and everything's so fresh," says Robin. "It's a two-bedroom unit and it's really very spacious, but I haven't got the housework to do that I had before, and that's made a big difference. We really are in the best place."

"Everything that we want is here, this is the lifestyle that suits our age," adds Warwick. ". We're glad, really, to move on and to sort of feel that we're free. We haven't got many of the responsibilities that we had before, and we're able to enjoy our retirement."
