Caravan and campervan hiring platform Camplify and The Botanist Gin have teamed up to launch a gin-themed caravan, just the tonic for cocktail lovers looking for the ultimate overnight accommodation experience.
Mazzy the Van is a refurbished blue and white vintage caravan with a Hamptons feel, which has been converted into The Botanist caravan.
From this weekend until the end of February, travellers who book a long weekend (Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday) in The Botanist caravan, will be treated to a gin lovers delight.
Inside guests will find everything they need to make the perfect gin and tonic, including a 700ml bottle of The Botanist gin, cans of Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water, a Botanicus flavoured herbal Tea Tube and infuser from The Sunday Lab, dried fruit garnishes and ingredients to create gin cocktails.
Reminiscent of a 1970s caravan that has been renovated with all the modern comforts, the van also includes a Botanist Gin bar cart and picnic basket, barbecue and awning.
Based on the NSW South Coast, The Botanist caravan can be booked and set up on a campsite of your choice within 100km of Flinders, NSW.
Mazzy the van is named after the owner, Kate Kerr's late mother. "Mazzy loved camping, she loved the outdoors, she loved swims in the ocean as much as bushwalks, she loved a sausage sizzle for lunch and a gin at night," said Ms Kerr.
"Mazzy is a tribute to our mum and her love for adventures and a gin at the end of the day."
