Tourism Australia has released a series of Zoom backgrounds of Australia's most gorgeous and/or beloved destinations.
Sign up to the video conferencing tool, download the Australian Great Outdoors collection and you can pretend you're somewhere special on your next family catch up.
Tourism Australia managing director Phillipa Harrison said that while you can't travel right now there's nothing to stop you dreaming and planning for when it's safe to visit again.
There are 13 Australian desktop backgrounds to choose from, with more to come in the coming weeks:
ACT: Canberra
NSW: Byron Bay
Queensland: Townsville, Vlasoff Cay Great Barrier Reef, Gold Coast
Tasmania: Hansons Peak, Cradle Mountain, Mount Amos, Freycinet National Park
Victoria: Melbourne
WA: Cape Leveque, Lucky Bay
How to change your background on Zoom - Desktop App
- Download your favourite Australian background images from www.Australia.com/Zoom and save to your computer.
- Log into your Zoom account. Open your "Account Settings" (gear-wheel symbol) in the top right hand corner.
- Select "Virtual Background".
- Select "+" (plus symbol button) to upload the photo of your choice and you are ready to go!
How to add a virtual background during a Zoom meeting - Desktop App
- While in your meeting, find the pop-up menu next to the "Stop Video" option at the bottom of the video window and select "Choose Virtual Background". This will take you straight to your virtual background settings.
Select the backdrop of your choice and you are ready to go!
