WANT to see the onion-domed cathedrals of St Petersburg, the medieval walled city of Tallinn and the cobblestone streets and waterways of Stockholm on a tour that won't break the bank?
Here it is.
Cruise Offers Value Holidays is offering this triple treat on a 17-day tour and cruise in 2020 priced from just $4999 per person twin share.
Flying into Oslo, Norway, travellers will take a sightseeing tour including the medieval fortress of Akershus, the 19th-century Royal Palace and the fascinating Vigeland Sculpture Park, which displays the life's work of Gustav Vigeland in bronze, granite and wrought iron.
After another day exploring Oslo, it's time to board the overnight ferry to Copenhagen, Denmark, to take in sights including the Amalienborg Palace, home of the royal family since 1794, the Radhus (city hall), 17th-century Dutch Baroque palace Charlottenborg and, of course, the Little Mermaid statue by Edvard Eriksen.
Take note of what you want to see because then it's a free day to maybe visit the Tivoli Gardens, do some shopping at Stroget or take a day trip to Fredensborg Palace.
Day 7 means it's all aboard the Norwegian Escape and off to the Baltic.
First stop is Warnemunde, the port for Berlin, with visits to Checkpoint Charlie, the Berlin Wall and the Brandenburg Gate.
Next up is Tallinn, Estonia. Perched on the shore of the Baltic Sea, it is probably best known for its medieval city centre and cobblestone streets with gingerbread-style houses. There's also the opportunity to visit the Toompea (old town).
Travellers then have two days to explore St Petersburg in Russia. You can choose to visit the Winter Palace and the State Hermitage Museum, the colourful Church of the Saviour of Spilled Blood, the bronze horseman statue, Peter and Paul Fortress or any number of art galleries and beautiful gardens.
Arriving into the Finnish capital of Helsinki, you can either take advantage of the ship's shore excursion packages or explore independently. There are museums, cathedrals, bustling markets and parks - in fact, almost a third of Helsinki is dedicated to parks or other green areas.
The Swedish capital of Stockholm, often referred to as the Venice of the North because of its many waterways and archipelago to the east, is the next port of call. Its 750-year history means there are many beautiful buildings and cultural treasures to be discovered in the city's many fine museums.
The cruise ends in Copenhagen where travellers are transferred to the airport for the flight home - or there's an option to extend your stay in Europe.
The Best of Scandinavia, the Baltic & St Petersburg 17-day land and cruise package has three departures in 2020 - June 10, August 12 and September 8.
