The aged care royal commission will examine the closure of Gold Coast retirement home Earle Haven.
The aged care royal commission will investigate the sudden closure of Queensland's Earle Haven Retirement Village during a public hearing in Brisbane next week.
Facility owner People Care's director Arthur Miller and a Queensland government representative who went to the Gold Coast retirement home on the day it closed will give evidence at the royal commission on Monday.
The July 11 shutdown, which forced the emergency evacuation of about 70 residents, was sparked by a financial dispute between People Care and subcontractor HelpStreet.
