Attending these seminars, you will learn more about; how to reduce your risk of dementia through lifestyle variations, the latest research into Alzheimer's studies, how to prevent falls as you age, with cognitive decline, hip fracture and prevention remedies, and understanding sleep patterns for those affected by dementia.
