MELBOURNE'S Eureka Skydeck is the highest public viewing platform in the southern hemisphere... and we have five double passes to give away.
And good news for Victorian Seniors Card holders: With the Victoria Seniors Festival almost here, Eureka Skydeck will offer you $12 admission and a complimentary tea or coffee from the Skydeck Kiosk from October 8-15.
Situated on Level 88 of Eureka Tower in Southbank, Eureka Skydeck is 285 metres above ground, offering spectacular 360-degree floor-to-ceiling views of Melbourne from Port Phillip Bay to the Dandenong Ranges.
Getting there via public transport is easy as Eureka Tower is only a five-minute walk from Flinders Street Station and close to tram and bus routes.
During the festival, visitors can enjoy all Eureka Skydeck has to offer including:
- The Edge - The world's only Edge experience, an awe-inspiring three metre by three metre transparent glass cube, which slides out from the building, suspending you above the Melbourne skyline for an extra $10. Patrons can buy their official photo taken while out on the Edge, ready for upload to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Outdoor Terrace - Enclosed by a wire grid, the terrace exposes you to the elements 88 levels up. It is right next to The Edge, so family and friends can view those inside.
Eureka Skydeck operates 10am-10pm daily with last entry at 9.30pm.
