Calling all snappers!
If you can aim an SLR camera or mobile phone camera and shoot wonderful images, The Senior wants to hear from you.
We're launching our Photo of the Month competition on our letters page in April print, and we want to see your work.
Your photos may celebrate the lives of older Australians or may be your favourite seaside shot.
You are only limited by your imagination.
Our readers love to share their stories, and other readers love to hear and see them. Photos speak 1000 words.
Our features editor Therese Murray will judge the photos each month and a winner will be used across all six print editions Australia-wide.
Therese is kicking off the feature in April with one of her seaside photos at The Entrance on the NSW Central Coast but you will have to pick up a copy of the paper to see it.
Please email your entries to edit@thesenior.com.au with Photo of the Month in the subject line. Include a few words about where the photo was taken and, of course, which state.
Our top picks may also be included in an online photo gallery on our website www.thesenior.com.au.
All images need to be original work, taken by the person submitting them and without the use of AI (artificial intelligence).
A book will be awarded to the photographer whose image is chosen for print each month.
So what are you waiting for?
Terms and conditions are found HERE. The Senior and ACM reserves the right to not publish all images submitted.
