JULY 1 brought some minor changes to the assets test limits for the age pension, making more people eligible for the full or part payment.
It follows an earlier increase in March.

Meanwhile, about 90,000 former part-pensioners will have their concession cards automatically reinstated in October after the Senate passed the budget measure to restore the cards.
It came after a backlash from seniors and peak bodies after tens of thousands of cards were cancelled in January's assets test reforms.
