DAYTONA DEMON – Suzi Quatro was the first female bass player to become a major rock star, selling more than 50 million records during her career.
THE legendary queen of glamour rock, Suzi Quatro, will headline a powerful line-up when Sounds by the River rolls along at Mary Ann Reserve in Mannum, South Australia in January.
With a string of worldwide hits including Can the Can, 48 Crash, Devilgate Drive and Stumblin’ In, Suzi Q was a huge star in the 1970s and early ’80s.
Joining the UK-based American at Mannum will be the Angels, Baby Animals, Screaming Jets, Moving Pictures and Chocolate Starfish.
