The tulips are bloomin' in Tassie.
ONE of the most famous shots of springtime in Tasmania has to be the pretty rows of colourful tulips on Table Cape, in the North West.
To celebrate their beauty there's a whole festival - the annual Bloomin' Tulips Festival - across the Waratah-Wynyard region in October.
The three week calendar of events comprises market days, cocktail party and the Mayoral Ball, and culminates in the festival day which includes the colour explosion of the Colour Run.
