PASSENGERS travelling from Perth will soon have more opportunity to tantalise their taste buds with Singapore Airlines' Book the Cook service.
The airline offers the service from more than 20 destinations across its global network including on flights from Sydney and Melbourne for suites, first class, business class and premium economy class customers.
From October 1, business class travellers will have the option of pre-selecting their main meal up before they depart on any of Perth's four daily flights.
There are 15 dishes to choose from, including dukkah encrusted pan seared Tasmanian salmon with white wine sauce and roast chicken stuffed with macadamia and served with flavoured thyme jus.
Orders can be placed online at www.singaporeair.com, via travel agents or Singapore Airlines' reservations on 131-011 at least 24 hours before the flight departure time.
