Falls continue to be a major health concern for people aged 65 and older. Nearly one in three senior Australians have experienced a fall in the past 12 months. Of these, 1 in 5 required hospitalisation.

There are a variety of technologies available on the market today, and it's important to find one that best suits your particular needs; these can range from CCTV cameras, wearables, duress buttons and motion sensors.

At HomeGuardian, we want to make the user experience as easy and as simple as possible. We understand that a person can forget to put on a wearable or charge it. The buttons can also be hard to reach or use in case of an incident. CCTV cameras are not private or secure, requiring a third party to constantly monitor the footage. HomeGuardian technology replaces all this.

HomeGuardian is a leading patented Australian Artificial Intelligence technology for fall and incident monitoring, suitable for the elderly and people with disabilities. Our goal is to provide people with the right technology to give them the confidence they need to remain living independently and safely at home or in care facilities.

HomeGuardian is a device that monitors and alerts for unseen falls, absence and wandering, a decline in health and changes in behaviour that can indicate an onset of illness.

The technology is designed to work in people's homes without the need to put on any wearables or alarms (as in many cases, people aren't physically capable of pressing alarms when they have fallen). Our technology also works in the dark!

You have the ability to nominate up to 3 carers or loved ones to be alerted of any incidents you may have - all within 2s of the incident detection.

This technology is 100% private and secure, which means that the devices don't store any information, or produce, stream or create any footage or screenshots while monitoring. HomeGuardian will immediately alert a loved one, caregiver, or neighbour if it detects any potential falls or declines in health.

If you receive NDIS or Aged Care subsidies (Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or Home Care Packages (HCP), the device can be fully funded from your package. Self-funded customers can have access to affordable payment plans.
