A host of A-list foodie names will entertain and educate food lovers when Regional Flavours returns to Brisbane's South Bank Parklands this month.
The chefs behind big name restaurants Otto, Paper Daisy, Stanley, Agnes, Golden Pig, Rosmarino and newcomer Essa will take to the stage along with Masterchef favourites Georgia Barnes, Khanh Ong, and Courtney Roulston, and celebrity chefs Miguel Maestre, Peter Kuruvita and Alastair McLeod.
The May 13-15 weekend festival offers a thrilling mix of market stalls, immersive experiences, esteemed chefs and restaurateurs in live demonstrations and masterclasses.
A selection of farmers, graziers, growers, winemakers, brewers, distillers and artisan producers from around Australia will showcase their wares.
There will be live music and DJ sets across three venues, while Kids Collective will get the young ones interested in taking a sustainable food journey from an early age.
