Members of the public can apply for a volunteer position at the three day festival which runs from April 21-23, 2022. All volunteers are required to be double-vaccinated against COVID-19 and must be 18 years-of-age or over.
There are a number of volunteer roles available and volunteer applicants can select a suitable role from over 20 different Volunteer Teams, including traffic control with the road marshals team, serving in the merchandise tent and helping with site set-up and pack-down - with both practical and patron-facing roles on offer.
Volunteer festival-goers will also be treated to all-day entertainment including Air Guitar Championships, the Nutbush World Record attempt, the Mundi Undie Run and a Mad Max costume dress up World Record attempt.
It's expected the Mundi Mundi Bash will attract volunteers from all walks of life and all kinds of backgrounds, bringing a huge range of diverse life and work experience to the event.
"We get amazing feedback from volunteers at the Big Red Bash - the sister event to the new Mundi Mundi Bash," said Volunteer Manager Shenelle Host. "We're proud of the sense of camaraderie and fun that we've created in our Big Red Bash volunteer community, and look forward to doing the same at the new Mundi Mundi Bash. A large portion of our Big Red Bash volunteers have had such a great experience that they've opted to volunteer with us across several years, and we're lucky to have some of them set to join us at the Broken Hill event - but we do still have spots available for next April."
