Spring into season with Brisbane's much-loved, FREE, outdoor fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program, returning to South Bank Parklands from 4 October- 4 December 2021.
Under the warming rays of Brisbane's alfresco climate, shake off winter indulgences with Bollywood, Ballroom and Latin Fitness; restore your core with Pilates, favour fun with Zumba and Aqua Aerobics, or slow your mind with Yoga and a freshly added, Meditate & Stretch class.
All classes are run by qualified trainers from Goodlife Health Clubs or certified dance and Yoga instructors, delivering over 16 free workouts per week, from early morning to evening classes.
Workouts are designed to suit all preferences and fitness levels, ranging from low impact to high intensity.

Participants are advised to bring a water bottle and towel to classes, along with a workout mat if required.
