THE work of 275 Noosa artists will be on show in the form of 28 installations and 10 performances next month.
ARTober is a month long celebration of all things artistic, offering guests the opportunity to get to know artists, attend art classes and more.
Here is a list of just some of the highlights of this year's program:
Open Studios
Guests can take an inside look at the Noosa art scene over a 10 day period from October 1-10, with open studios taking place from coast to countryside. Over 100 local artists will be a part of Queensland's largest open studio art trail, which will offer the chance to meet artists, purchase and take home artworks or take part in workshops.

Floating Land
One of Noosa's most significant cultural events, Floating land: at the edge of ideas will present its 11th iteration from October 9-24. Boreen Point and Noosa National Park will be the sites of a number of temporary art instalments. The 21 installations will feature the work of 52 of the region's most talented artists.

Tall Trees Art Exhibition
The charming small town of Cooran will host this exhibition - which is one of Noosa's best kept secrets, from October 29-31. The community-based exhibition is run by locals and aims to help nurture and develop emerging local talent. Kings Street - Cooran's quirky main street and will showcase five installations created by 130 different artists.
