MEMBERS of Bribie Island Community Arts Society are currently showing off their best work at the group's showcase exhibition.
The exhibition launched in the Bribie Island Community Arts Centre's Matthew Flinders Gallery on Wednesday and will be open until February 28.
It features work by members of the society's 18 groups who meet regularly at the Banksia based arts centre.
The society's artisans and crafters include painters, potters, printmakers, quilters, glassmakers, jewellers, wood crafters and members of sewing, knitting and crochet groups.
Exhibition convener Prim Rogers-Walker is excited to present "a wonderful and varied display" of works by the society's members.
The centre is located at 191 Sunderland Drive Banksia Beach, Bribie Island and entry is free.
Opening hours are from 9am-4pm from Tuesday-Saturday and from 9am-1pm on Sundays.
The centre is also home to Cafe 191, which is open from 9am-2pm Tuesday-Sunday. The cafe offers drive thru coffee, but bookings are essential for those who want to dine in.
