Courtlands Retirement Village is owned and operated by the Christadelphian Homes LTD. Christadelphians are a Bible-based community. We believe that by caring for the aged and frail, they are demonstrating Jesus Christ's love, mercy and compassion

in a practical way. We have been operating as a not-for-profit organisation for 74 years. Courtlands Retirement Village has been an integral part of the North Parramatta community, and a place residents have called home for many years.

VILLAGE ACTIVITIES

Courtlands Village is blessed with a robust social committee and a wellbeing coordinator who arrange a myriad of different activities for you to join in with as much or as little as you please. As I walk around the village centre, I observe all sorts of activities taking place, residents enjoying book club, exercises in the gym, dance class, trivia, scrabble, crazy whist to name a few. Some residents are enjoying a barista style, free coffee in the Village Lounge whilst chatting together. I see others entertaining neighbours on their balcony alongside one of the 14 fish ponds.

The village bus regularly takes residents to nearby shopping centres and explores many areas of Sydney on special excursions. The local bus stop bus is on the village doorstep taking you on a quick trip into Parramatta and beyond.
