From an inherited Prize-Winning family Recipe our International-Award Winning Puddings are proudly hand-made in Newcastle Australia with the finest of 100% Australian Vine fruits & select ingredients; fresh Local Free-Range eggs, fresh butter, locally baked fresh bread (that we crumb), flour, spices & finest matured in Oak Australian Brandy from the Barossa Valley.

PUDDING LANE make every Pudding uniquely by hand, using minimal machinery. There is no production lines, plastic bowls or moulds in our kitchen. Each Pudding is cooked for a minimum of 4 hours (even longer for larger Puddings) & then hung to dry, age & mature naturally on a line.

We DO NOT use artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

PUDDING LANE Puddings are proudly made in Newcastle NSW, employing local people & using resources from the Hunter region, including our wrapping & packaging. We have an ongoing practical commitment to both community involvement & the Hunter region.
