The former girlfriend of a Rebels bikie did what her abusive ex-partner told her to including selling ice and filming him firing an assault rifle.
But Cursty Shields could be spared a lengthy sentence because of her guilty plea, lack of similar offending, deprived background and her remorse.
"I'm vacillating," Victorian County Court Judge Bill Stuart said.
He said he was able to give her an additional 12-month sentence with a community corrections order on top of the 507 days she'd spent on remand.
But he noted the offending was very serious and in ordinary circumstances a "stern" sentence was needed.
The 32-year-old was the girlfriend of Rebels sergeant-at-arms Matthew Bruce and they had a daughter together. They are no longer a couple.
Their relationship was volatile and violent, Judge Stuart was told on Tuesday.
She helped Bruce buy, weigh, package and sell ice to customers as part of a drug ring. The mum-of-three also supplied a gun to an associate and filmed Bruce using an assault rifle.
"She did what she was bid," Judge Stuart said.
Her lawyer said Bruce treated his then-girlfriend as one of his lackeys.
The judge said Shields "didn't really" have much of a choice but to do what Bruce wanted.
It was also revealed Bruce manipulated Shields and was having an affair with her younger sister.
The woman had a deprived upbringing which was described as "unstable and chaotic".
She had also had minor prior offending, a dependent personality, was abused in the relationship and pleaded guilty to the crimes.
"I'm sorry so many people have been hurt from this," Shields wrote in an apology letter.
"Firearms and drugs ruin people's lives," she said.
Shields pleaded guilty to trafficking a commercial quantity of ice, possessing a trafficable quantity of unregistered firearms, discharging a firearm at premises, trafficking cannabis and attempting to obtain property by deception.
Prosecutors were concerned about the serious nature of the offending and her "active role" in preparing the drugs and getting weapons but accepted Bruce was the main "driver" for the crimes.
She also attempted to defraud an insurer by having a friend damage her $11,000 car in the middle of the night.
They argued she should be given a jail term and a non-parole period for her role.
She will be sentenced at a later date.
