Throughout the bushfire emergency SeaLink supported emergency services by transporting essential support personnel, supplies and services. Extra services operated to ensure urgent delivery requirements could be met.
Kangaroo Island is one of South Australia's most iconic tourism destinations and the CFA has announced the lifting of emergency travel restrictions.
Attractions such as Seal Bay have re-opened and most tourist destinations on the eastern side are open. However access to the western side of the island remains restricted.
