What you need to know:
- All fires in NSW are at Advice level, there are three emergency warnings in Victoria and Kangaroo Island is on 'watch and act' level.
- The death toll has risen after a man died in Batlow, NSW. A father and son also died on Kangaroo Island.
- The Currowan Fire has been downgraded to advice level.
- The Dunns Road Fire in the Snowy Valleys has been downgraded to advice level.
- The Green Wattle Fire in the Southern HIghlands has been downgraded to advice. Backburning will start today.
