A CONCERT by an Elvis tribute artist has brought back a flood of happy memories for residents of a local aged care community.

Aaron Mansfield recently delighted residents with his concert at Bolton Clarke Macquarie View aged care community, in Bolton Point.

Relieving residential manager Cherry Le Ray said the mostly male audience was visibly moved by the appearance of a hero from their youth.

Some residents were moved to tears, she said.

"It is a great pleasure for our team to be able to provide these experiences and special concerts for our residents," Ms Le Ray said.

"We found such a skilled performer you'd almost think Elvis himself was present."

Residents described the concert as "beautiful".
