The site is offering a range of special Halloween ghost tours from October 25 to November 2 designed to cater for a wide range of ages, sceptics and believers.

Q Station, formerly known as the North Head Quarantine Station is consistently voted as one of the most haunted sites in Australia.

More than 572 bodies are recorded to be buried on the property as it was the final resting place for many migrants who suffered arduous journeys to Australia on ships plagued by infectious diseases.

The Quarantine Station was open from 1828 - 1984 and witness to more than 150 years of misfortune. Untimely deaths have left behind many stories of pain, loss and suffering as well as the restless spirits which reputedly continue to haunt the site today.

Family Fright Night: for ages 8-14 with accompanying adults, will take family groups on a 90 minute wild adventure through haunted spaces with many surprises. $40 adult, $32 child.
