PUTTING smiles on the faces of their audience is what the Honey B's are all about.
The Andrews Sisters-style harmony quartet formed in Perth in 2015 and perform regularly at aged care homes.
Kiri Ruffin of Mullaloo, Katie McMahon of Mandurah, Sharelle Walker of Kingsley and Sue Summers of Bassendean want to give back to the older generation through singing.
She said it has been particularly amazing to see the effect music can have on people with Alzheimer's.
"We have performed for people who normally never have a conversation. All of a sudden they are singing along and the staff are amazed, taking pictures.
"That is a great feeling."
Sharelle said some songs are always guaranteed to get toes tapping.
"Que Sera Sera, It's a Long Way to Tipperary, She'll be Coming Round the Mountain and All I Have To Do Is Dream always get a good reaction.
"People just love the old songs they grew up with."
