THE first release of houses at a new $71 million master-planned over-50s lifestyle resort on the Gold Coast is set to go on sale in November.
Queensland property developer Pradella Property Ventures, the company behind Seachange Lifestyle Resorts, is set to start selling properties at its latest Seachange development, Riverside Coomera in the northern Gold Coast region.
This follows a ground-breaking ceremony in August which marked the start of work across the three hectare site.
The release comes on the back of completed sales campaigns of Seachange Lifestyle Resorts' first two locales, Arundel and Emerald Lakes which together have had a combined 550 sales totalling $300 million.
Pradella Property Venture's managing director David Pradella said the release of the third property marks another step in the Seachange story, one of the first companies in Australia dedicated to building communities designed for over-50s.
"At Seachange, we believe that active people are happy and healthy people, and a true seachange is not just changing where you live, but how you live," said Mr Pradella.
Set on the banks of the Coomera River, Riverside Coomera is being hailed as a "boutique community" limited to 124 premium homes.
The resort will features a five-star country club and river house. The resort buildings will feature everything from a library and woodwork shop to yoga studio, pool, spa and sauna.
Last year Seachange Lifestyle Resorts' Emerald Lakes development was voted Queensland's best community building by the Master Builders Association.
The gated 'country club estate' has a tennis court, gym, pools and other community facilities, with final stages of the resort selling from around $650,000.
The Seachange brand also has several new retirement resorts in the pipeline.
