2 Work 9 double (single) crochet stitches onto the second chain stitch from the hook. Move
seamlessly to the next round in a spiral.
3 Rnd 2. Crochet 2 dc (sc) onto every stitch. The round consists of 18 dc (sc) in total.
4 Rnd 3. Crochet 2 dc (sc) onto every other stitch; crochet 1 dc (sc) on the intervening
stitches: 27 dc (sc) in total. Rnd
4. Crochet 2 dc (sc) onto every third stitch; crochet 1 dc (sc) on the intervening
