A GLOBAL feast will be tempting visitors to Bethanie on the Park when it hosts a pop-up market in April.
The new serviced apartments in Menora will be transformed into a lively marketplace for the one-off special Mondo Mini Markets event on April 8.
Regulars from the popular Mondo's Saturday Market and Inglewood's Monday Night Market will bring their stalls, with gourmet treats from around the world, locally grown fruit and veg and sweet treats.
Hosted by Perth butcher and media personality Vince Garreffa and broadcaster and writer Verity James some of the delicious fare on the menu will include Spanish paella, Columbian empanadas, Turkish gozleme, German bratwurst sausages, Italian specialities and home-made soup.
Fans of heirloom vegetables can meet the team from Warren Grange. The company from Manjimup grows rarely seen unusual vegies including pumpkins, eggplant and tomatoes.

Visitors can also indulge their sweeter side with Dutch profiteroles and more. There will also be good old-fashioned homemade food and crafts from residents and staff at Bethanie on the Park Village for sale and even a bouncy castle for the kids.
There will also be guided tours of the apartments. The 48 serviced apartments in Menora are described as filling the gap between an independent living unit and aged care facility. For a weekly service fee, residents can offering get freshly-cooked daily meals, weekly linen and laundry services and access to built-in health technology via the Bethanie Wellness Hub.
