HERE'S your chance to have your say on women's health and maybe win a six-month gym membership.
Australian females are being urged to take part in one of the country's biggest surveys on women's health.
The national survey, by not-for-profit organisation Jean Hailes for Women's Health, examines women's health behaviour and needs.
Anyone who fills in the survey can go into the draw to win two six-month memberships to Fernwood Fitness.
Now in its third year, the survey is a chance for women to fill in the missing pieces of the puzzle on a wide range of issues including body image, mental health, sex, relationships, weight and healthy living.
In 2016, the study found that Aussie women are more concerned about gaining weight than getting cancer.
Last year, 3200 women and health professionals took part in the survey, which found identified the top five health concerns among women - and 23 per cent of those surveyed said weight management was their main worry.
Of those surveyed, 57 per cent said they often compare their bodies to those of friends and family, rather than models (10 per cent).
Cancer came in second on the list of worries with 17 per cent, followed by mental health (15 per cent), menopause (9 per cent) and chronic pain (8 per cent).
Survey responses remain anonymous and all women over 18 living in Australia can take part.
A winner will be drawn from each state/territory for one of eight gym membership packages.
