THE silky skills of Western Sydney artist Fiona Davis will be on display at the Casula Powerhouse until September 17.
Fiona, who is a has helped transform the arts centre's Turbine Hall into a bustling hospital environment for her installation Blood on Silk: Last Seen.
The installation is the first in a series of commissioned works which will aim to provide visitors with new ways to experience and engage with the popular space.
It features five suspended hospital rooms fashioned from handmade silk, projected still and moving images and various silk walls to replicate the environment and activity of a hospital.
It's a continuation of Fiona's Blood & Silk project which explores medicalised dying within hospital Intensive care units.
