FINE dining has been taken to new heights.
Australian restaurateur Luke Mangan held a pop-up restaurant 134 metres above the water on the Sydney Harbour Bridge last week.
Mangan served an abridged menu, featuring his signature Kingfish sashimi, organic egg crab omelette, enoki mushroom and herb salad, miso mustard broth and lamingtons - a fitting dessert for a meal on an Australian icon.
Mangan is the first chef to have his food on planes, trains, ships and shore across five countries.
"Showcasing Australia's finest produce via our signature dishes most definitely compliments this amazing view of our beautiful city," he said.
The sky-high dining experience was hosted by BridgeClimb.
It's the company's second venture into the culinary world following The Canape Climb, a catered climb for corporate groups.
