QUEENSLAND'S annual nostalgia festival, Cooly Rocks On, highlights vintage glamour from the 1950s and '60s.
More than two kilometres of rock 'n roll, rockabilly, swing music and over 1300 hot rods, custom cars and classic vehicles will line the stunning beachfront of Coolangatta and Tweed Heads.
The festival runs from June 3-13, slowly building to the big weekend of June 11-12.
Festival goers can browse more than 140 retro market stalls and 100 craft market stalls; take their tastebuds back to the '50s and '60s with vintage-styled food; and revel in the atmosphere that draws more than 100,000 people back year after year.
The 12 Miss Cooly Rocks On pageant finalists will ride in classic cars for the street parade on June 11 from 9.30am.
