The outdoor event, which brings some of the world's best operas to life against the backdrop of Sydney's harbour, has proved a major hit with audiences.
Since 2012 more than 57,000 people have come to the large-scale productions, featuring a bespoke floating stage, spectacular sets, costumes and lighting.
Carmen, Turandot, Aida and Madama Butterfly have all received the Handa treatment.
Puccini's classic La Boheme is the next opera to be performed at the harbour from March 23, 2018.
