Facilities
At all our villages, the facilities and amenities have been designed especially for your enjoyment, so you can spend more time doing the things you love. Facilities vary between each village, yet all of our villages have a Community Centre which are the hub of village life and the perfect place to meet up with old friends or to make new ones. Community Centres typically include large screen TVs, a well-equipped library, snooker table, self-catered kitchenette and lounge area.

Social Activities
Our active Social Committees organise a range of outings for residents to attend. Residents also enjoy events and social get-togethers such as BBQs and special occasion celebrations. Security
At Hampshire Villages we understand how important it is to feel safe and secure in your living environment, that is why each of our villages have staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergencies. You'll also have peace of mind knowing that access to the villages is via a boom gate.
Pet friendly
We recognise the important role that pets play in the lives of many people. Residents are allowed pets provided that prior consent has been obtained from the Village Manager. Management consent is entirely discretionary and will take into regard the type, size, potential noise and risk associated with the pet. *NB: Pets are not allowed at Banksia Grove Village or Riverside Gardens Estate.
